My Story
Hey there! My name is Jacob. I am a real estate investor, loan officer, spreadsheet nerd, golfer, and husband. I am based in Sonoma County, but serve clients from coast to coast.
I have spent the last decade or so obsessed with personal finance. Living a life that is not controlled by money has always been the big dream for me. After my own personal finance journey, I decided it was time to help other people out there obtain similar goals to mine.
I started helping families and individuals through financial coaching back in 2019, something I still enjoy doing today. I soon began to realize though how incredibly powerful real estate was in helping someone achieve financial success.
One winter I was in the process of acquiring a short-term rental in the Poconos. My deal was falling apart because my lender backed out last minute. I had heard about the One Brokerage through the Bigger Pockets podcast and decided to ring them for help. The team there was able to not only get the deal done for me, but still get it closed on time. It was in this moment that I knew I wanted to help others in this industry.
Helping people do a budget, pay off debt, and cut back on spending is incredibly powerful, but helping people acquire real estate is a whole different ball game. Real estate is one of the greatest wealth building tools in the world.
